About Me
Also known as "Dr.Leadz," I started off as a real estate wholesaler and graduated to full investor, landlord, private lender, mentor, certified business coach, speaker and marketing specialist who partners with entrepreneurs at all levels to leverage emerging technologies and streamline their sales processes.
After spending almost a decade finding run down properties for profits, running marketing campaigns for others and coaching new students, I know there is no silver bullet to finding good deals. My motto is “It all works, just focus on consistently delivering a clear and honest message.” I strongly believe you only sustain success by making meaningful connections with the widest target audience possible and the rest is ALL follow up with the prospects that emerge. I am currently just finished my first book, “The 7-Figure FollowUp Method."
Based on this philosophy, I've been able to help dozens of entrepreneurs amplify their success through my #TeamDealz Execution Club and our exclusive software programs.
Most importantly, I am thankful to the Creator for my wonderful upbringing, happy to be a man with a wife that is out of my league and for the amazing relationships I've developed over the years.

After spending almost a decade finding run down properties for profits, running marketing campaigns for others and coaching new students, I know there is no silver bullet to finding good deals.
