About Me
Also known as "Dr.Leadz," I started off as a real estate wholesaler and graduated to full investor, landlord, private lender, coach and marketing specialist who partners with real estate entrepreneurs at all levels to leverage emerging
technologies and streamline their property acquisition processes.
After spending almost a decade finding run down properties for profits, running marketing campaigns for others and coaching new students, I know there is no silver bullet to closing good deals. My motto is “It all works, just focus on consistently delivering a clear and honest message.” I strongly believe you only sustain success by making meaningful connections with the widest target audience possible and the rest is ALL follow up with the prospects that emerge. This is the focus of my first book, “The 7-Figure FollowUp Method: How Easy Banter Helps You Pick Up The Profits Everyone Else Leaves On The Table.”
Based on this philosophy, I've been able to help dozens of real estate entrepreneurs amplify their success through my Execution Club and our exclusive software programs.
Most importantly, I am thankful to the Creator for my family and am happy to be a man with a wife that is out of my league. Currently, I am allowing my teenage daughter to live. That may be subject to change depending on the day.
